| The Hawthorne Inn Bed and Breakfast, c. 1870, offers the comfort of seven vibrant guestrooms that all abound in a refreshing mix of original artworks, antique furnishings, quilts, poetry books and ancient artifacts. All guestrooms, in our smoke-free environment, possess a private bath replete with abundant amenities. Our overnight guests enjoy complimentary breakfast served each morning, on hand-painted Dedham pottery, around a convivial common table.

Lodging rates vary seasonally with demand. All lodging fees will be assessed 9.7 % Massachusetts Room Occupancy Tax.
Corporate rates available for single business travelers Sunday-Thursday.
Two night minimum booking may be required during Holidays, Events, and Autumn.
Reservations and Deposit - A deposit of one/half total lodging fee [one night minimum] is required for all confirmed reservations. Deposit may be placed on Visa, American Express, Master Card or Discover credit card accounts. Contact the Innkeepers for group-booking requirement.
Confirmed reservations may be canceled [4:00 P.M.] 14 days prior to initial reservation date to assure a Deposit Refund [less 15% total lodging fee held as a handling charge].

They do, however, instruct that you leave your own pets at home. The Inn provides off-street parking.
Guests may check-in from 3:00-9:00 P.M. Guests are asked to notify the Innkeepers if you intend a late arrival. Check-out is 11:00 A.M. |
